GOLF PERFORMANCE

Move Better. Play Better.

Golf performance starts with understanding how your body moves.

As a TPI Certified professional, I assess mobility, stability, balance, and movement patterns that may be affecting your golf swing or contributing to pain.

Using the TPI assessment, I look for physical limitations that may affect how efficiently your body moves during the golf swing. From there, I use my background in movement assessment, soft tissue treatment, ELDOA, and corrective exercise to develop an individualized approach based on what your body needs.

Whether you’re dealing with lower-back discomfort, limited rotation, stiffness, or simply want your body to move better for golf, the goal is to improve movement, reduce physical limitations, and help you play more comfortably and consistently.

ASSESS FIRST. DON’T GUESS.

A good assessment gives us a starting point. It helps identify where you are now, where limitations may exist, and what should be addressed first.

Rather than guessing or simply focusing on where you feel tight or uncomfortable, the assessment helps establish priorities. This allows us to spend more time working on what your body actually needs and develop a more focused and efficient plan.

The goal isn’t to chase symptoms. It’s to identify the physical limitations that may be contributing to them and address those limitations as efficiently as possible.

ASSESS | RESTORE | PERFORM

This is where I would next explain your actual process:

Assess — Identify mobility, stability, and movement limitations that may be affecting your golf swing.

Restore — Address restrictions through appropriate hands-on treatment, ELDOA, myofascial stretching, and other techniques based on your assessment.

Perform — Use corrective exercise and movement training to reinforce better movement and help your body meet the demands of the golf swing.
